摘 要：文化生态保护是在本地的生境、生活、生产中整体保护、发展文化遗产。从建筑发展史来看，人们逐步认识到历史街区既是物质文化的、又是人的生活场所和文化活动空间的双重性质，因而对它的保护同样重视文化生态。文化生态“保护”的含义与静态不动的文物保护不同，它包括保存、保护、修复和动态、发展等意涵。三坊七巷的历史文化、艺术美学价值和文化传承、民众参与状况都符合文化生态保护的条件。它的保护应将历史文化建筑和当地的人们的生活、社会环境、传统文化（精英文化与民间文化）结合起来，充分利用发挥建筑物的历史文化功能和现存传统文化的作用，以活态传承的非物质文化遗产活化静态的建筑物，达到二者互动的良好文化状态，从而提高人的文化自觉意识和文化继承创新能力，促进当地文化、经济、社会、自然协调持续发展。 关键字：生态视野 历史文化 街区保护

The Protection of Historical and Cultural Block from the Cultural Ecological Perspective Ma jian hua Abstract: The culture ecological protection is in the local habitat, the life, the whole protection during the production, the development of cultural heritage. Looking from the construction history, the people realized gradually dual natures that the historical block is not only the material culture, but also person’s life-arena and the cultural event space; therefore the cultural ecology should be considered similarly into its protection. The meaning of Cultural ecology “protection” is different to the static state of cultural relic’s preservation; it includes the meanings of preservation, protection, repair and tendency, development and so on. As for the three lanes and seven alleys, its historical cultures, art aesthetic value and the cultural inheritance, the participation of populace meet all the culture ecological protection condition. Its protection should build a connection between the historical culture construction and the local people’s life, the social environment, the traditional culture (elite culture and folk culture), make full use of the buildings’ historical culture function, to activate the static state’s of building by the inheritance of non-material cultural heritage activation, to let the two interact well. Thus we can raise the cultural aware consciousness and the innovation ability of the culture inherits for the people, promote the local culture, the economy, the society, the nature to be coordinated for the sustainable development.
