Tripartite Dialogue of Chinese-European- South Amereican (cesa) Civil Society Organisations
In February Pierre Calame called on CEF participants to seize the opportunity of Rio+20 to push global dialogue forward. On 16 February the CEF proposed Names of Outstanding Experts both Chinese and Europeans to the Brazilian Government, which launched a “Global Dialogue” shortly before the official conference (more on “Sustainable Development Dialogues” which were held on June 16-19).
